Set up gmail to send/receive email for your domain
You can import your domain email account into your Gmail account using Gmail’s Mail Fetcher feature.
Gmail’s Mail Fetcher feature imports all your old domain emails (that you haven’t deleted from the mail server) into your Gmail account and then continues to bring in new emails sent to your domain email account.
Set up Gmail to Send/Receive Email for Your Domain
Login to your Gmail account.
Click the “Quick Settings” icon at the right top corner.
Then select “See all settings”.
Click the “Accounts and Import” tab.
Click “Add an email account“ in the “Check email from other accounts“.
Enter your domain email address, then click “Next Step”.
Non-SSL setting
Enter your account username.(Your username is your full email address)
Enter the email account’s password.
POP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110
Please Do NOT tick ” Always use a secure connection(SSL) when retrieving mail”
Click “Add Account”.
Choose “Yes, I want to be able to send mail as” XXX@yourdomain.com”
Then click “Next”.
Un-tick “Treat as an alias” the click “Next step”.

STMP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 587
Enter your account username. (Your username is your full email address)
Enter the email account’s password.
Please choose ” Secured connection using TLS”.
Click “Add Account”.
SSL setting
Enter your account username. (Your username is your full email address)
Enter the email account’s password.
POP server: web100x.dataplugs.com(Please refer to the welcome letter)
Port: 995
Please tick ” Always use a secure connection(SSL) when retrieving mail”
Click “Add Account”.
Choose “Yes, I want to be able to send mail as” XXX@yourdomain.com”
Then click “Next”.
Un-tick “Treat as an alias” the click “Next step”.

Port: 465
Enter your account username. (Your username is your full email address)
Enter the email account’s password.
Please choose “Secured connection using SSL”.
Click “Add Account”.
Then, a confirmation code will send to your domain email account, please go to your domain email account and click the confirmation link or input the confirmation code and click “Verify”.
When you complete verify , you have imported your domain email account to your Gmail account.
You may go into Settings in Gmail. Click the Accounts and Import tab.
Under the Send Mail As section, click make default link next to your domain email address. This way, each time you click on the Send or Reply buttons, your email message will be sent out from your domain email address by default, instead of your Gmail address.
