Qualifications of Application

	Private enterprise
	Hold a valid business registration certificate
	Has already operated before January 1, 2020
	Substantial business operations in the industry related to the application project at the time of application submission
	Each company can only submit one application (enterprises with the same person holding 30% or more of the ownership will be regarded as the same company)

Main Point of Application

	Each company can only submit one application. It is recommended to submit the application by yourself after obtaining the quotation. https://dbizapp.hkpc.org/fundapp/en/
	Each application can include up to 3 IT solutions, with a maximum grant of 300,000.
	Each plan can come from a different supplier, including but not limited to a plan service provider reference list.
	If it is a non-subscription plan, you must find 2 different IT companies to obtain a quotation. If the cheaper supplier is not selected, the reason must be explained.
	The application form should write why you want to apply for the remote business plan, what are the expected benefits and rewards.
	Applicants are required to choose the most suitable category for each scheme.
	The government will approve and approve the subsidy according to the market price
	If the funded amount of the enterprise exceeds 30,000 yuan, an audit is required
	The first 30% of the funding amount will be deposited in the designated bank account after the application is approved.
	After the plan is successfully approved, it must be launched within 1 month, with a maximum period of 6 months

Documents for Application

Before submitting the application, the applicant must ensure that all required documents listed below are attached to the application form:

	A copy of the applicant’s business registration certificate.
	The applicant has a copy of the supporting documents for the substantive business operation in Hong Kong at the time of application submission, and the business must be related to the application. For example, bills/receipts or commercial contracts issued within the last three months, the most recent audited accounts, profits tax returns and tax assessment notices issued by the Inland Revenue Department.
	Copies of documentary evidence showing employee information. For example, mandatory provident fund records or approved retirement plan records, salary payment records and employee compensation insurance records.
	Bank statement showing the name and number of the bank account holder. The bank account holder shall be the applicant company or the shareholders of the applicant company and shall be accompanied by the authorization letters from all shareholders.
	Copies of all signed integrity and non-collusive quotations/bid confirmations obtained in accordance with paragraph 16 of this guide.
	A copy of the quotation submitted by the bidder, which shows the bidder ’s contact details (including address, phone and email). Please list the quotation to be selected by the applicant and how the items on each quotation correspond to the project expenses of the application form.
	If any individual holds 30% or more ownership in the applying company/organization: a copy of the valid Hong Kong identity card or passport of all relevant persons.
	If the applying company/institution is held by the holding company: a copy of the most recent annual company registration form (Form NAR1) of the holding company or related documents showing shareholders who are ultimately natural persons within the applying company/institution
	If the applicant’s subsidy exceeds 3 million: an independent auditor must prepare an audited project expenditure table, and the audit fee can be reimbursed. If the applicant wants to supplement the audit expenses with project expenditures, please attach a copy of the audit fee quotation and a copy of all signed confirmations of integrity and non-collusion quotation. External audit fees that do not have a combined application form will not be refunded.
