NOC Technical Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support to users and escalate complex issues to 2nd level support
- Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquiries in using our services
- Manage server deployment and migration projects for customers
- Troubleshooting for various technical issues
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory
- Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
- Work on Shift (4 shift patterns)
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduated or Diploma in Computer Studies or above.
- I.T Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage (Not a must)
- 1 years working experience in datacenter operation / basic IT Support knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, team player and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduated will also be considered, training will be provided
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as NOC Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up, administering, maintenance, upgrading and repairing web-based applications and system in Linux platform
- Perform system analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring, problem management, incident, security operations and trouble-shooting
- Provide advisory and consultancy to customer base
- Identify and automate processes wherever possible to improve reliability and efficiency
- Management of documentation of all system, application and security changes, upgrades and new implementations as appropriate
- Shift duty is required, work on-call during non-office hours
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with proactive learning attitude are also welcomed
- Experience installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting on command line via SSH
- Network knowledge – DNS, TCP/IP, switch configuration and firewall configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and infrastructure
- Independent problem-solving skills and self-motivated
- Good written and verbal communication skills
