\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u6548\u7387\u4e0a\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u4e09\u500d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6210\u672c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e8633%\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u964d\u4f4e\u8017\u96fb\u91cf\u548c\u50f9\u683c\u7684\u95dc\u9375\uff1a\u6368\u68c4 HBM<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9ad8\u983b\u5bec\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\uff08HBM\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5ee3\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6676\u7247\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u8fc5\u901f\u50b3\u8f38\u5927\u91cf\u6578\u64da\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u751f\u6210\u5f0f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u6676\u7247\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5c0d Nvidia \u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6210\u529f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cHBM \u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f AI
