How to update domain contact information / WHOIS record?

You can change the contact information for your domain names at any time through the customer control panel. For each contact type (e.g. registrant, administrative, technical and billing) can be edited individually, or you can edit them all at the same time.

• 1. Login to the Customer control panel.

     

  1. Click on the “My Domains” from the “Domains menu”.

     

  1. Click on your domain -> “Manage Domain”.

     

  1. Click on the “Contact Information” button and change the details.

     

  1. You need to keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure that you receive WHOIS Data Reminder Policy (WDRP) notifications, renewals, and other important notifications from registrars.
