  • Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints in a professional manner via phone, ticketing system and livechat
    • Provide 1st level technical and application support to end user
    • Escalate unresolved cases to relevant 2nd level support team and external service providers
    • Provide sales support including order processing and quotation preparation for new and existing customers
    • Manage the process with other departments to ensure a seamless and smooth delivery to the clients
    • Perform Ad-hoc duties

     

    Requirements:

    • 7 or above
    • Experience in customer service or help desk in call centre is preferable
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
    • Good telephone manner and pleasant personality
    • Knowledge of operating systems, strong in MS Word, Excel and good typing skills both English and Chinese
    • Work well under pressure and self-motivated
    • Immediate available is preferred

    Working Hours:

    • 9 hours per shift (Working in weekends and public holidays is required)
    • Working time: 8:00am to 10:00pm (Shift system)

  • Helpdesk Support

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquiries in using our services
    • Provide 1stlevel support to users and escalate complex issues to 2nd level support
    • Troubleshooting for various technical issues
    • Manage server deployment and migration projects for customers
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory
    • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
    • Shift duty is required

     

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
    • 2 years or above experience in IT with solid experience in end-user is an advantage
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, team player and able to work under pressure
    • 7 x 24 shift duty is required
    • Fresh graduated will also be considered, training will be provided
