  • NOC Technical Support

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide 1st level support to users and escalate complex issues to 2nd level support
    • Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquiries in using our services
    • Manage server deployment and migration projects for customers
    • Troubleshooting for various technical issues
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory
    • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
    • Work on Shift (4 shift patterns)

     

    Requirements:

    • Form 5 graduated or Diploma in Computer Studies or above.
    • I.T Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage (Not a must)
    • 1 years working experience in datacenter operation / basic IT Support knowledge is an advantage
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, team player and able to work under pressure
    • Fresh graduated will also be considered, training will be provided
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as NOC Technical Support Assistant

  • Assistant System Administrator – Web Hosting Linux

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for setting up, administering, maintenance, upgrading and repairing web-based applications and system in Linux platform
    • Perform system analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring, problem management, incident, security operations and trouble-shooting
    • Provide advisory and consultancy to customer base
    • Identify and automate processes wherever possible to improve reliability and efficiency
    • Management of documentation of all system, application and security changes, upgrades and new implementations as appropriate
    • Shift duty is required, work on-call during non-office hours

     

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary education in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
    • Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience
    • Fresh graduates with proactive learning attitude are also welcomed
    • Experience installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting on command line via SSH
    • Network knowledge – DNS, TCP/IP, switch configuration and firewall configuration
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and infrastructure
    • Independent problem-solving skills and self-motivated
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
