To set up an email account manually on iPhone
Open the “Settings” on your device.

Scroll down and tap “Mail”.

Tap “Accounts”.

Tap “Add Account”.

Choose an email provider from the list on the Add Account page.
If your preferred email provider is supported by iOS, you will be prompted to sign in on its page. For other email providers, such as Dataplugs, users can manually configure their accounts by selecting the “Other” option.

Select “Add Mail Account”.

To start syncing your email on an iPhone, complete the New Account form with the following information:
– Name – The display name that will appear on outgoing messages.
– Email – The email address you want to add to your device.
– Password – The login password for your email account.
– Description – A personal label to help you identify the account (e.g., “Work” or “Personal”).Once you’ve entered all the details, tap “Next” to proceed.

Choose either IMAP / POP3 as the protocol type to configure your incoming mail servers, used for receiving emails. You will need to enter the following information:
Incoming mail server Outgoing email server - Host Name : mail.yourdomain.com
- Username : Full email address
- Password : Email account password
- Host Name : mail.yourdomain.com
- Username : Full email address
- Password : Email account password
Tap “Next” .
If a message “Cannot Verify Server Identity – The identity of “mail.yourdomain.com” cannot be verified by Settings. Review the certificate details to continue.” pop out, please tap “Details” then tap “Trust”.
Tap “Save”.
To change Non-SSL or Secure SSL / TLS Settings
Tap “Setting” on your device.
Scroll down and tap “Mail”.
Select your newly created account and go to Account Info.
Tap “Advanced”.
You can choose additional SSL setting.
Non-SSL Settings Secure SSL / TLS Settings Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com - IMAP Port : 143
- POP3 Port : 110
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- SMTP Port : 2525
Incoming Server: web10XX.dataplugs.com - IMAP Port : 993
- POP3 Port : 995
Outgoing Server: web10XX.dataplugs.com
- SMTP Port : 465
