Promotional Discounts & Anti-Abuse Policy

Promotional discounts (including initial-period promotional rates) are introductory offers designed exclusively for new service deployments and resellers starting new infrastructure; they cannot be applied to existing services, renewals, or upgrades. Subscribing to new promotional services while cancelling or downgrading existing active services to continuously exploit promotional pricing (“promotion abuse”) is strictly prohibited. Dataplugs Limited reserves the right to audit accounts and, if promotion abuse or duplicate account creation is detected, to revoke discounts, rebill services at standard rates, or permanently suspend the entire client account.
