  • How to choose the right plan?

    We suggest choosing a plan based on the number of email accounts needed. You also need to consider the amount of traffic your website will receive.

  • Do you provide email accounts?

    Yes, and can be easily link to your domain.

  • What is the duration of the contract?

    Dataplugs offers monthly, quarterly, yearly ,biannually or triennially billing cycles for hosting service plans. If you would like to choose a long plan service payment, we will gladly offer you a price estimate.

  • How do I sign up?

    Choose your ideal service plan and place the order. Service will be available within seconds.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, Discover, PayPal, WeChatPay, cheque, bank transfer and PPS. If you made an online payment, service will take effect immediately.

  • Can I upgrade my plans?

    Yes. To upgrade your service plan, please contact our customer service. You will receive an invoice stating the price difference on a pro-rata basis. Your billing cycle will remain the same. An invoice will be sent to your email prior to the changes.

    e.g.
    Existing plans – HKD $100.00/month x 12 = HKD $1,200.00
    After 6 months, upgrade to a new plan – HKD $130.00/month
    (HKD $130.00 – HKD $100.00) x 6 = HKD $180.00
